Hey, there! Thanks so much for checking out The Planning & Project Co. It means a lot that you’re here. I just wanted to jot a little letter to you to share the heart behind this company and tell you a little bit about me.

My name is Kaia Hill. I’m married to my incredible husband, Adam, and we are so lucky to be mom and dad to our sweet son, Griffin. Here are a few fast facts about me! My life verse is Deuteronomy 6:4-5. I’m a girls basketball coach. I consider myself an ice cream expert and a taco lover.

For as long as I can remember I’ve loved planning events and completing projects. Over the years, friends and family encouraged me to make it official and start my own business. So in 2025, I did just that and I launched The Planning & Project Co.
